AT SIMPLY SMOKIN' SMOKE SHOP, WE STAND BEHIND ALL OF THE PRODUCTS THAT WE OFFER AND STRIVE TO EARN COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH AN ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES BELOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR PURCHASE.

  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE REQUEST THAT DOES NOT MEET THE CONDITIONS STATED BELOW

  • CUSTOMERS CAN RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE ON PRODUCTS THAT ARE IN NEW, UNOPENED AND IN RESALABLE CONDITION UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.

  • OPENED ITEMS WITH MANUFACTURER DEFECTS CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER LIKE ITEM OR STORE CREDIT ONLY UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.

  • DUE TO COVID-19, WE WILL NOT BE EXCHANGING OR RETURNING ANY PIPES. ALL SALES FINAL.

  • IF YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER DURING A SALE, YOUR STORE CREDIT WILL BE THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE ITEM. WHEN REPURCHASING, THE SALE PRICE DOES NOT APPLY.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • IF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE WAS SHIPPED USING A FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION, THAT SAME PROMOTION WILL NOT BE EXTENDED TO SHIP ANY REPLACEMENT ITEMS.

  • ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER RECEIPT.

  • ONCE AN ITEM IS RETURNED AND INSPECTED BY OUR FULFILLMENT TEAM, YOUR REFUND WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR WE WILL CONTACT YOU REGARDING AN EXCHANGE.

  • PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVE THE RETURN FOR PROCESSING.

  • IN THE EVENT WE SHIP AN INCORRECT OR PHYSICALLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, WE WILL ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND WILL ISSUE A RETURN LABEL.

  • ANY RETURNS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF OUR RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SIMPLY SMOKIN' SMOKE SHOP AND NO STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

  • ALL SHIPMENTS WHICH RECEIVE BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT MUST REPORT ANY PROBLEMS WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
